Onboarding ends when the five-session journey ends. The cadences are where conductors become superconductors. Three rhythms, each with a distinct purpose.

Show and Tell

Weekly · 60m

Every week, every conductor answers four questions in front of the others. No status reports. No slides to hide behind. Just the work, live.

What I'm working on. The actual thing, not the category of it.
The vision. Where this goes. Why it matters.
The utility in the business. Who it serves. What changes.
Where I could use help. The ask that makes this a cadence, not a showcase.

Hackathon

Monthly · Half Day

Half a day, pulled entirely out of the normal rhythm. No meetings. No Slack. No customers. Just building.

"The one non-negotiable: something new exists at the end that did not exist at the start."

Build time is the only protected time. Everything else can be interrupted. This cannot.

Immersion

Once a quarter, the whole cohort comes together in person. Three movements. These are the rewiring days.
