The profiles — where it gets measured

The Measurable Success Map. Every person gets a Conductor Profile: their role, their one master metric, the rocks and KPIs they own each quarter, their agent architecture, and the AI-native gains that come out of it. The opening view shows how the metrics interlock — each person's master metric feeds the next, so individual performance compounds into company revenue. Seven views across a three-year horizon, April 2026 to March 2029.
Built on EOS. The profiles run the Entrepreneurial Operating System underneath. Quarterly Rocks, a Scorecard of tracked numbers, one master metric per seat, and a clear accountability structure — the discipline EOS gives a leadership team, applied to an AI-native org. Performance is scored as Rock completion plus Scorecard, so the program's transformation lands inside the operating cadence instead of sitting beside it.

Pulse — the system running underneath

The whole system in one scroll: six components strengthened together — Vision, Conductors, Rhythm, Blockers, Process, Traction. One vision, one rhythm, one ensemble. This is the EOS structure in the program's own language, with the Attune session, the check-in cadence, the toolkit, and where First Light plugs in.

What it looks like when the system is live. Open the KPI relationship map: every metric is a node wired to the ones it causes, so you can trace a single seat's number all the way up to company revenue. Around it sit the phase timeline across recovery, relaunch and scale, the per-seat scorecards, and the growth, operations and revenue views. The wiring is the point here — the figures are stripped out, so read it as the shape of the system rather than a status report.
